Return & Refund Policy

At 1RFitness, we strive to provide the best quality products and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy under the following conditions.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
- Returns will not be accepted for items that are damaged due to misuse or missing parts not due to our error.
2. No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns. However, if the return is due to the customer placing an order by mistake, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Our team will provide return shipping instructions.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
4. Refund Timeline & Method
- Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving the returned product.
- The refund will be credited to the same payment method (bank account or card) used at the time of purchase.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products, such as digital downloads, meal plans, or personalized items, may not be eligible for returns. Please check the product description before purchase.
